How long after payment will you dispatch my order?
We aim to dispatch your order same day if placed before 2pm. We only post Monday to Friday. Orders placed Friday PM though to Sunday evening will be despatched Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) During busy periods please allow 24 hours for posting. We offer Next Day and tracked services for your convenience. Please note that the Next Day deliveries will be the next working day which excludes Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. If you require a Saturday delivery then please contact us for a quotation.
How long after dispatch should I expect Delivery?
We use Royal Mail first class as our standard postage service and despatched to UK Mainland should be within 1-3 days. Certain area's may be slightly longer (Highlands and Islands etc)
Next Day: We use Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed or a 24 hour courier and deliveries are Monday to Friday
Some larger items and orders we will use a 24 hour courier. We endeavour to get your order to you in the quickest possible way.
International: We use Royal Mail International tracked post. Please allow 5-7 days within the EU, and 7-10 days worldwide. These are estimated and countries postal services may differ so please allow a little flexibility.
Will I be charged customs and import charges?
Unfortunately we do not have control over these charges, and cannot advise you what the cost will be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before your order, we do not take responsibility for any orders that incure customs/import charges.
Can I collect my order?
We do not offer a collection service at present
Can I cancel or return my order if I do not need it?
We are happy to accept cancellation requests within 14 days of delivery to you in accordance with our returns policy.

Will my returns postage be reimbursed?
We will only pay the cost of returning an order if the item is defective or damaged. Please contact us in the first instance.
Can I amend my order?
If you contact us before the confirmation of dispatch then we may be able to amend the order before it is processed. Depending on the reason for amendment it may be required to cancel the order and refund you for you to order again as our system and stock is fully automated. We cannot amend orders once they are dispatched, however you can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with our returns policy and place another order for the goods you require.
