Cancellation and Returns Policy
These policies refer to orders placed directly with this website only.
If you have purchased an item via other selling sites it is imperative that you contact us via the website the order was placed on as terms, conditions and returns policy will differ dependant on site. - Cancelling your order
You can cancel your order provided you advise us in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods . The goods must be returned to us within 14 days of advising us that you wish to cancel your order and must be in original unused condition including packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless they are faulty.

- Ordered Incorrectly
We make every effort to describe and picture each product with as much information and detail as possible to ensure you order and receive the correct product in the first instance. In the case of replacement parts we only offer manufacturer specific items - we do not supply 'generic' or 'universal' products and if in doubt we would much prefer you contact us first for clarification or recommendation than to purchase as it 'looks like' or ''should do' as we can assure you it will not. You can contact us through live chat when a menber of staff is available or leave a message through contact us. You can also attach images to assist. You are able to return the item to us but note we will only refund your purchase if the item is deamed in resaleable condition including intact original manufacturers packaging and instructions/warranty paperwork supplied with the item.
- Damaged Goods
We expect goods to arrive with you in perfect condition. If you receive goods in a damaged condition please advise us as quickly as possible but in any case you must advise us prior to installation and within 3 working days of delivery. We may ask you to provide photographic details of the damage. In the case of goods arriving with you damaged we will normally send replacement goods and collect the damaged goods from you.

- Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that the goods develop a fault within the warranty period please contact us so that we can make the necessary arrangements to identify and resolve the fault. If you have installed the products please do not uninstall them before contacting us as some manufacturers employ their own engineers to resolve warranty issues and may be able to resolve the problem directly with you with minimum inconvenience.

Please ensure any items returned are packaged well for posting and included any original paperwork provided. Goods returned for refunding when no longer required/ordered in error will be subject to inspection for resaleablilty before processing for credit.
